Clarity and Productivity

I have noticed that sometimes i am unproductive because i don't have enough visibility on a task or my mind is not clear and is preoccupied with something else.

Clarity comes from reducing the cognitive load. You can reduce it through Meditation, Planning, task subdividing or sorting your thoughts. It is a state of mind and can be altered.

Writing is a highly effective way to get to a much more clear state of mind. It may also be thought of as Brain Vomit because it has the same effects as that of puking after an upset stomach. Having a daily Routine is another way to reduce the cognitive load as there are lesser unknowns to think or pre-plan about. It is also why a lot of People do Visaulization exercises to paint the picture as clearly as possible.
